Customer has a BCM50 Rls2 and parked calls will drop once in a while. Usually this happens about 5 or 6 times a day. I will be going out there tomorrow to check it out. They have a PRI with digital sets. Held calls don't drop. When they park the call and someone dials the park code it will say "No Calls". Sometimes the calling party will call back and say they had been disconnected. Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks,

This can happen if the person who parked the call doesn't answer when the park timer expires. Say they have two IC keys and both are busy with no forwarding options, the call may be dropped. If they are parked to a button that has multiple appearances, it could be someone accidently picking up and disconnecting the call at another set. If the system is patched up to date it's most likely user error but you'll have a tough time proving it.
