Park Zone not working

I programmed the operator console (no dss) with 4 park zone buttons 881-884. They can park a call but when somebody does a pickup 881 say, they just get a busy signal.

Are the buttons labeled correctly? Remember that the top right button will be 850, so 881 will be the second button down on the 4th column.

Have you tried it manually? Transfer to 881, and pickup 881?

Bingo, Tom. Mislabelled buttons. 882 and 883 were switched.
