Park Slot RequestMOHNetwork

Hey everyone,

Has anyone seen this in system status? I'm seeing "Park Slot RequestMOHNetwork" (Connection type VCM) from an expansion in a Server Edition solution. They aren't having any issues with Music On Hold (MOH), so I'm a bit confused by this.

The longest I've seen this remain in system status for is around 1 hour. My guess is that the expansion is requesting for the Music On Hold from the Server and it is unable to get it... so it's parking the request until it does?

They have more than enough VCMs, so possibly an SCN issue?

Look at the MOH settings of the expansion. The setting LINE:X.Y can be used to request from line X the music source Y of the system on the line. Max duration is supposed to be 30 seconds but that can also be adjusted. All in the Manager/Web Manager help.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Hey Sizbut,

I am using the MOH settings Line:X,Y on the expansion in question, which has the same setting as the other expansions. My problem is not the MOH settings since it's working. The issue is with the "Park Slot RequestMOHNetwork" in system status under Active Calls.
