I have setup below
Calls come in to AA they have 3 group options. Only 2 operators answering calls (its a health centre and short staffed) on each phone I have usual 2ICD group keys per group so they can handle more than one group call at a time if they wish. I also have 3 fixed call park keys. Instead of transferring they use call park for doctors rooms.
Issue I have is the operators are confused when doctors don't pick the calls up within the (240) reacall tiner. So the call goes off call park and starts ringing on receptionist intercom.. this causes them to mix calls up because they think all there incoming calls will always be presented on group keys which they are but I found this to be the issue
Only one solution I can see and thats making docs answer calls quicker?
Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated as I'm back on site tomorrow.
