Park Keys on 9641

Hi guys,

Just a quick one. The Park keys don't light up on the 9641's when other users Park a call. I'm having to ask which park key they have let them on! They work otherwise. Just the little box is supposed to change colour and it doesn't.

However, when I park a call, the box changes colour.

Tom - as you have one of these can you test? I'm still on the 7 beta but the phone is R28 firmware.

Can you try this:

Enable the two lines on the bottom of the screen.
This gives different kind of appearance.

Also a blf shows horizontal lines which are hard to see

The 2 extra lines of button do show that much better either.

Hmm, still no BLF indication of parked calls.

Am updating to 7.0.5 this evening hopefully this will fix...

i've got the buttons set up as per tlpeters suggestion but get the same thing.

if i park it on the 9641 i see the key light up. if i park to that slot from another handset it doesnt light up on the 9641, but i can still use the key to retrieve the call.

Still on the trial build myself, upgrading to GA in around 1 minute. i'll try again then

Cool, let me know if it fixes it. I seem to remember it working in the trial but with R27 on the phone, but I'm not sure.

I'm waiting until 5pm to do mine.

User BLF works fine (Green for DND???) just not Park.

Will let you know if 7.0.5 fixes (if Tom doesn't beat me to it!)

Just found another thing on the 9641;

Attention ring doesn't work. I.e. on a call on CA1 and second call comes into CA2 but no audible chirp.

Anyone else confirm this is the same for them?

Yup same for me. has been that way since the first release. it has never had the ring. even if you set it to constant in manager.
