I setup several park keys on an IPO 500 V2 6.0 with action data of 100, 101, etc.
When a call get answered the person press the park key (Park key 100) and the call get parked OK. The LED flashes on all the phones, but at the other end the person will have to press the park key twice (park key 100) to answer the call. Is this normal or I am missing something. All phones are 1416. The customer wants to keep it simple, and not have to use Park and Unpark buttons.
Thanks in advance.

When you press it the first time then it shows information about this parked call.
This is done because you then first can look if it is your call or not.

BAZINGA!
