Having trouble retrieving parked calls that were parked by the soft console. She parks the call on park1 but when you try to get it by using *38*1# you get rejected(2.1.27) It use to work on older releases any ideas.

STILL WORKS ON 2.1.27 , check if the short code has been altered.

We had this problem because the park slots were defined in softconsole as Joe, Bill, Sales. Changed the park slot names to 3111, 3114, 3115. Short code works fine now. Ver 2.1.27
