Hello
Is there a way for an extension to put multiple calls on a park number i know that the operator has the ability to have btn programed for different park zones i would like several users to have this ability that are not operators

That type of park feature is only available to DLC or QCC console stations.

You might want to download the Legend/Magix Feature Reference document from Avaya: support.avaya.com It covers all the features, how they work and what you can/can't do with them.

you can transfer the call to yourself which puts them on park at your extension and a pickup can be done from any phone
