Park calls

Hello,

I have 4 ACD and it happen that sometimes they park a call at same time in the same. so one operator needs to retrieve the call to park it in a differen park station but get a busy signal. what button or feature do I need to set in their phones to be able to retrieve calls when something like this happen?

Hve you checked the Communications Manager Manual Feature Description. There is an entire section on Call Park. How to configure it, how to use it, etc. Very detailed. Go to the Avaya Support site to download if you do not have a copy already.
