Park calls with TAG

We have just upgraded phone manager to 2.1.7 from 1.4.8, we notice know that with all external incoming calls if we go to park a call with a tag it minimises phone manager and the tag description as well which means we have to open phone manager again to enter the tag. If we turn off hide on no calls it works ok but obviously doesn't close when the call is finished which seems a backward step. Help please
