Park and Page DTMF breakout

I upgraded my demo to 9.0 to mess with park and page and I have a question about park and page from a user DTMF breakout.

In the documentation is says that park and page is an option for user DTMF breakout but it is not in the drop down list as a option.

Has anyone here configured or used DTMF breakout? If so can you point me to a configuration document or give me a hint. I would think that some other configuration has to be done for the park and page option to show in the drop down.

I know its new and I know some of you are beta testers and my have played with this feature.

· When Park & Page is selected for a DTFM breakout, the following drop-down boxes appear:

· Paging Number – displays a list of hunt groups and users (extensions). Select a hunt group or extension to configure this option.

· Retries – the range is 0 to 5. The default setting is 0.

· Retry Timeout – provided in the format M:SS (minute:seconds). The range can be set in 15-second increments. The minimum setting is 15 seconds and the maximum setting is 5 minutes. The default setting is 15 seconds

I figured out why I had no drop down, the system was set to VM Pro and I didnt really think about it. Set it to embedded and got the proper choices. I would of thought the breakout would have been grayed out or missing when the mode was set to VM Pro not embedded.

Well I got it to park and page in embedded mode, but cant find were to record the page announcement. It also uses the extension number with a digit added to it for the park slot ie 204 parks to 2040 and you can only grab it from the phone when it is actively paging. There is an answer button displayed when it pages.

It works much better under VM Pro you can create a all the breakouts and select the park slot range outside of the extension range and it was easier to record the message. Of course when the park slot range is outside of the extensions you can dial the park slot and pick up the caller from any station. Which is very convenient for my mobile users on analog sets.
