Strange thing happening, have a client with CICS 6.0 I believe, and 1 phone won't take the codes, 101, 102 etc.
every time he picks up the set and presses the intercom button and enters the parked code, it says illegal number.
This is done quite fast after the call is parked, thus not returning to reception.
I've had him unplug and re-plug the phone and no such luck, I've asked that first thing in the morning they re-boot the system.
looked at the installer Guide and no info on what could be happening.
Just happening to 1 phone.
