Park and page can't take call 101

Strange thing happening, have a client with CICS 6.0 I believe, and 1 phone won't take the codes, 101, 102 etc.
every time he picks up the set and presses the intercom button and enters the parked code, it says illegal number.
This is done quite fast after the call is parked, thus not returning to reception.

I've had him unplug and re-plug the phone and no such luck, I've asked that first thing in the morning they re-boot the system.

looked at the installer Guide and no info on what could be happening.

Just happening to 1 phone.

Is not a Norstar error msg. Having the actually screen msg would be helpful.

Probably "Invalid Number" ?

Reboot KSU
Try another set on that port
Disable and re-enable the port in Maintenance
If it has a 10 or 24 or 16 set on that port then turn set relocate off, put an 08 on that port then put the old set back on.

it works on another phone that CICS is expanded and full and no one else seem to have problems. Curlycord, you are probably correct on the invalid number.

The client will re-boot in the morning and let me know, if it does not work I can drop by and try that magic Curlycord. Will let you know the outcome.
The minute he presses 1 the message appears, so I would assume the 1 is working.
