Parition Magic and XP

NTFS changed just enough that my old trusty PM V5 won't work on XP but is still fine on Win2k. With the current version of PM at 8 did version 7 also work with XP?

I can get a copy still in the box from a guy of V7 cheap which is why I ask.

Hi, I'm looking at the packaging of version 7.0 and it has the &quot;designed for MicroSoft Windows XP&quot; logo on it. I've not used it on an XP system, but it should be fine, as long as the hard drive in question is <= 80 GB. If it's bigger, you need version 8.0 or another product. good luck.

I have heard version 8 bites. Stick with version 7.
