I am using Norton Internet Security 2004.
Whenever it does a Live Update, it gets some URLs for Parental controls and then spends half an hour (sometimes a lot longer) installing them. This is extremely annoying. I am 60 yrs old and live alone. I don't want any parental controls. I turned the parental control option off, but it still keeps loading the updates!
How can I either:
1) disable this function so it never updates the parental controls?
or
2) increase the speed of the d*mn process so it only takes a minute or so?
