Pardon My Ignorance *License Question*

I cannot add anymore sets as the system (NBX) shows 122 out of 122 licenses in use. I know that I do not have 122 licenses in use. I did however replace numerous sets recently and I am wondering if I have to deregister (of some sort) the old license. The phones were replaced as like-for-like and used the same extensions. I am wondering if the system counts by MAC address and is still hoarding my other licenses. Any help would be greatly appreciatted. Thanks

Go to telephone maintenance then check on the status of your telephones. Make sure there isnt any unknown phones in the menu. When I start running short on licenses, I always check here first to make sure I dont have a duplicate dead ext from a replaced phone..... Can you post a screenshot of your license usage report.
