Hi,

having set up a crystal report with an SQL statement, how can I change certain parameters of the SQL? Like the customer ID or date???
I am useing Crystal Report X.
Thanks in advance.

Do you mean you've included an SQL command? If so, try Datebase > Database Expert, then right-click on the SQL command and choose Edit.

but surely if I have say 10 customers, there has to be some way of me dynamically inserting 10 customer-IDs...and if I want to automate the whole reporting monthy, say, I must have some means of dynamically changing the underlying SQL command.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

I don't think so. That sort of processing would be better done in SQL.
