parameters stayed immovable

I have a report I called from an aplication in visual basic
when I pass the parameters by the program it runs but I the parameters showed in the report stayed fixed, even I gave others values. The data is fine however the parameters showed are the same when I saved the report. I had tried a lot a things but I could't find a solution.

Pd: I don't have the option "save data with report"
and I used oracle procedure in the report.

Check you parameters and insure you have not set a default value.
