Parameters in eportfolio

Please help, I have just installed CR9 and the web reporting launch kit that came with it (RAS) and am trying to run fairly basic reports in eportfolio but they don't refresh or prompt for information to suit the parameters I have set up in the report. Also in help, it makes reference to 'Web Report Design Wizard' ,I can't find this.

Have you looked in the Crystal Management Consol. when you set the parameters for the report make sure you check "Prompt the user for new value(s) when viewing"
