Hi all . . . again,
I just know I'm doing something stupid here, but I am using Crystal Reports XI on Windows XP. I am pulling against a local Access DB on my desktop.
I have designed a report form with a parameter that allows me to select the lab number to see when I refresh the form. I did this in the design phase of the form so I wouldn't be pulling thousands of records each time I previewed the form. Now, for some strange reason, only certain records will display in this form when I type in their number when asked to do so by the parameter dialogue box. This was designed as a static query, but since lab numbers are added every day, perhaps this should be a dynamic query? I can see no conceivable difference between the various lab numbers and their accompanying info in the database, so is there any other reason I'm overlooking that this form won't pull all records. Thanks in advance. Kathy
