Parameters Allow Custom values=True

I have a Crystal report with Parameters that come from a Universe.

The parameters are set to constrained and when I set them up in Crystal I change Allow Custom values=False.

It seems like whenever I change one of thes parameters in Crystal they all change back to Allow Custom values=True

Also even if they are correct it Crystal when i deploy them to Infoview they still display the Custom part of the parameter as well.

Anm i doing something wrong? Is this a bug?

Not sure if this applies, but this value is automatically set to True if there is no picklist--because the value has to be manually (custom) entered.

There's definately a picklist, it comes from the Universe LOV and displays correctly on the parameter window in Crystal.
