Parameterized SQL Stored Procedure and Access Project Report

I am trying to create a report that displays a single record from a table that matches the value of a text box on a form. I have a SQL Stored Procedure with the input parameter for this value. I am not sure how to pass the value from the form so that the report is populated by the appropriate record. Thanks for the help.
