I have a parameter fields for a customer name range. When I set the default values only about the first half of our customers names the Parameter Values not all selected when setting default values.

I have selected the customer number instead of customer name and the same thing happens. I have checked the customer information that seems to "stop" the process but don't see anything unique there. I am deriving my information from Dynamics tables.

Any help with is this issue would be appreciated.

Unbelievable... After trying several different things it finally worked. Be nice to know why? What did I do?

Can't understand what the first paragraph means.

To use a range of customer ID's (which should be more efficient than the customer names), select report->Edit Selection Formula->Record and place something like:

{table.IDfield} in {?IDRangeParm}

Please post version info, example data and expected output if this doesn't resolve, even a well written post without technical information can be hard to visualize, and generally forces a discovery process.

Debbie,

There is a registry setting which controls this. Did you perhaps peform this on another workstation?
