Parameter to PowerPoint Macro

I´ve a PowerPoint presentation witch must be filled with data taken from an MS Access Database. I´ve build a Macro to obtain the data, but I must filter the Query by a Client number. This client number was selected in a Visual Basic App. (this is the app that generates de Presentation on-the-fly). I don´t know how to send this number to the PowerPoint. I tried referencing the Visual Basic app. dll and storing the value in this dll. But it doesn´t work.
