Parameter Prompt - Display Selection

Two questions here:

1. In the report header, I am displaying the selections made from a dynamic parameter prompt. However, this only works in the case when a single option is selected. How can I display ALL the selections made by the user instead of just the first from the list?

2. I am trying to create report templates that would automatically display parameter selections in the header instead of the report developer having to create the header every time. Is this possible when working with dynamic parameter prompts? If so, how could I do it?

Please note - I know this could be done via integration with VB or some other programming tool, but I do not have those tools available. I have to stick with typical Crystal (I have version XI.)

I found the answer to part 1.

If I do this in a function:
Join({?MyParameterName}, ",")

I get a comma delimited list of the selections.

However, I am thinking it may not be possible to do this in a template. If anyone has any ideas I would welcome them!
