Parameter passing to new report?

Hi,
We are using Crystal Report 11 in client with J2EE(not publishing in BOXI)
Data base - DB2

Question is: How to pass the link value as parameter to another report?

Main report is "Manager info". and in the bottom we need to provide link for the list of "supervisor id's". By clicking the supervisor id, we have to open another report and pass the clicked id as a parameter and display the supervisor information.

And under the supervisor report need to provide the emp. id links who are coming under that supervisor.
by clicking that, we need to move to new report and pass the selected empid as a parameter and display the emp info.

FYI...
I tried the sub report, it's working fine for one level, but as of crystal we don't have option to create another sub report inside the sub report.

So if you need more info. or if you have solution please let me know.
