Parameter not formatting right 1

I have a number parameter that is not formatted correctly. When it pulls the information from the database to set the range, it pull it in as 0, 50,548 etc...

when I go to select the values, if formats it as 0.00, 50,548.00. These are employee numbers and for the life of me cannot find a way to reformat the values to display correctly. Can anyone give me a suggestion on how to get this formatted correctly?

From the report design canvas, Right click on the parameter->Format Object->Number tab->Customize and
select a 1 for decimal and 1 for rounding
