Parameter Listbox showing nothing on control although all under lying values are checked

I have a report that uses 6 different parameters. Each parameter is based on a query where "(Select All)" is natively checked off with all the values present. When I run the report, my parameters display part of what is checked off...Active,Leave,Term...as much as can fit in the control window at the time your report is run. But there is one control, where it just shows up as a blank. When I hit the down-arrow, the select all is checked along with all the values. Why is this one control blank while all the others show partial values in the listbox control?
