Parameter list default value

We are running a report using a parameter selction list. By default, the list always starts at the first selection in the list. Is it possible to have the record ID we are working on highlighted when the report is open? The client wishes to have both options - report defaults to current record ID, but they have the option to search other record IDs

Unfortunately, pick lists are static, unless you write code, and it's no small chore to update them because you have to open the report, update the pick list, then save the report, then display the report... blah...Crystal is weak with pick lists.

If you call the report from an application, you can define and gather the pick list from there, then pass it to Crystal.
