What exactly is it you are wanting to do. Your question is a bit vague.
If you are wanting to be prompted on each refresh of the report, be sure to set this option 'on' in the CMC for the report object. The option should be on the Parameters tab.

Hi SurfinGecko,
Is there a generic option I can turn 'ON' for all reports? so all of the reports will prompt for parameter(s) on every refresh of the report. Currently, I am turning this option 'ON' by opening each report manually... it's quite time consuming.

Nothing that is a global setting as it for a sinle object.
