Parameter Form/Query

Hello,

I have a parameter query, and a form that is run by a report to provide the parameters. This works fine apart from one aspect -- if I cancel (and close) the parameter form, the query still prompts for the missing parameters.

Is there a way to just exit the whole lot without these prompts?

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to make sure that the actual query is canceled as well. When you cancel, you need to put, at the end of the cancel routine, something to also cancel the query. It has been a while since I did that, so maybe someone else will have the code to do that.

You could probably look in help for a way to cancel a query programatically.
