parameter files

My problem is as below,

I am getting several Feeds per day, I need to identify each feed with a Feed_ID ,and i have to populate this Feed_ID into target table, The Feed_ID is passed through the scheduler along with the Feed_ID in a parameter file when PMCMD is executed. I know there are two ways either we can pass Parameter File through the pmcmd commandline or in Informatica session. But what i am looking for is how to get this particular Feed_id and populate the target table. Im using PC6.2 and Oracle.
