Parameter Disappears in Enterprise

I've developed a report with two parameters. This works fine within Crystal Report itself. As soon as I save it to the Enterprise Server. The Parameters won't appear. What have I done wrong?

Are the parameters actually used in the report or have they just been created in the report and not used in the filter or on the report?
