This should be a rather easy question, but I am stumped (Beginner). I guess I should start at how the DB is set up. I have a job # that has many records of peoples hours to that job. I want to enter in 2 dates to give me a sum of hours between those two dates using the Running Total Field menu. All I get now are the hours for the entire job, not what was done between my two parameter dates. How do I tell CR to look at only the records between those 2 dates? I hope this wasn't too confusing.

Thanks,

Rich

Hi,

If you know the two dates that you want to look at and find the hours between them you could use the following:

datediff("h", {Startdate}, {enddate})
