Parameter data not all pulling from table

Hello,
I am using Crystal Reports V2008 and i am trying to create a dynamic parameter. When i set it to pick the information from the table i am only getting 6 things show up and not the rest. There is only about 10 items total but i have tried static and appending the data and dynamic and i get the same results on both.

Not sure what's happening, and other problems may surface later, but you should still be able to create your values in a text file and import them in (under the actions menu).
