Parameter CUST of GE doesn't work in BC10

The telephone where I moved with the free seating feature doesn't take on the parameter CUST formulated in GEDII.
Is there anybody with the solutions? Thank you very much in advance... (paurano@tin.it)

It should work OK, but...
1) Key HIREI;
2)Try to initiate a generic number with GEDII (and CUST).
What is the answer from the system?
3) Key HIMDP; (If something appears there, print it out and copy it here).
4) If nothing in HIMDP, you'll have to trace the command:
STISR;
STUNI:UNIT=GEH,LIM=1;
STTSI:TRI=1;
GEDII
STTSE:TRI=1;
STRAP:TRI=1;

Then PCLOP:UNIT=DER;

Copy all the results here, and maybe the problem can be solved.
