Parameter criteria displayed in report 1

I have written reports that require the user to enter date criteria (for example) to select certain records.

How can the two dates (start and end - which the query demands) that the user is prompted to enter be displayed on the actual report that is produced?

Add a text box to your report header with its control source something like this:

= "For the dates " & [Your first parameter] & " to " & [Your second parameter]

Thank you for your quick response CosmoKramer - it appears you mean for me to enter these in manually, I take it that this method would not read from the users input automatically, or would it?

Yes, the users input will appear...Replace what I entered as parameters with your actual parameters (spelled exactly the same). They will then be passed to the report with the values the user entered....
