Hi everyone. (MD110 BC11) Need help PLS. Our emergency number is 2222. I have set up parallel ring on another extension (Ext 2480)in a second location. All good. However, the client would also like 2222 to initiate a call to a Quick Dial number (Mobile). Our main number range is 2200 to 2999, and the QDs are 1001 to 1999, so it wont let me put QDial 1658 in the parameter because its not in the main number range ? any ideas ? I have even tried having a separate parallel ring off 2480, to another spare extension (That is permanently diverted to the mobile). But that doesn't work either.
