I followed the command below. It works fine only when one extension is in use the other extension is busy receives no calls. When an extension is in use the calls have to be passed to the free extension. Can anyone help with this ??

executei o comando abaixo. Tá funcionando bem só quando um ramal tá em uso o outro ramal fica ocupado não recebe ligações. Quando um ramal tiver em uso as ligações tem que passar para o ramal livre. Será que alguém pode ajudar com isso??

The ONS is just that - a ONE Number service - so that ONE NUMBER is busy then.
From the service manual
"An incoming call is blocked by busy, if one station of the parallel ringing station group is busy."

If you want 2 phones to ring in parallel then you could try 'parallel ringing'
via a hunt group
"with parallel ringing
Voice calls ring at all available members of the hunt group."

You could also try Groupcall - add in a new COS with GRPCAL in it and assign 2 phones to it, test.
