Paragraph Palate separate from Type Palate?

Using Illustrator CS. This is a DUH question.

When working with type, the PARAGRAPH tab is usually a tab behind CHARACTER when you choose type (or ctrl - T) from the Window Menu. Somehow, when I choose Type, the paragraph choice is separate.

Somehow I must have "unhooked" them. How do I get Paragraph back under character? Do I drag and drop, or is there another way?
