At my current company we are using paradox for a majority of the information, some of our reports are in excess of 100 pages and the only printers we have setup, have been here for 15 years and cost to much to operate. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to have paradox create a pdf of the print job. I have tried to use win2pdf as the only installed computer but I cannot get this to create a pdf.
any suggestions????? Or does anyone know hoe to use paradox with a new HP4250 Laserjet. Please Help.

I use PDF995. Costs $9.95 per workstation. If you have a BUNCH of workstations, the guy is willing to negotiate price.

Paradox works with all printers, as far as I know.

You just have to be sure the printer name when you install it is kept under 32 characters for Full and (I believe) 28 characters for Runtime.

We currently have a Novell Print server running just for these paradox printers, running on dos alone. We are unable to install newer printers on this server. Is there another way. to link a printer. Thanks for everything

Get a print server.

Not expensive these days.

You plug the printer(s) into the print server and away you go.

We have a little one for 2 shared printers. I think it was around $45.

I use PrimoPdf it installs just like a printer and all you have to do is print your Paradox reports to the PrimoPdf driver, it works great and it's FREE
