Paradox question

I get this error message when i run the vb application.
I am using Paradox throught ODBC in my vb application.

So when i try n run the first time my application it gives me this error message.

Run-time Error '2147467259 (80004005)'
[Microsoft][ODBC Paradox Driver]Selecting collating sequence not supported by the operating system.

After this error message i close the application and then again i run it, it works fine. its only first time or if i run it taking a time gap then it gives me error message.
Please advise what should i do inorder to avoid the message.
