Paradox popup help

I work at compusa, and have no idea what to tell this customer who is asking about corel paradox. he is asking if you can create popups with paradox, so, if anybody could be of help, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have no idea what he means. Pop-ups are usually HTML documents.

Pop-up menus (i.e. right-click context menus), if that is what he's talking about can be done easily in Paradox.

Tool-tips (pop-up help text) can also be done easily in Paradox.
