Paradox in a Citrix Farm

I have installed Paradox9 on our Citrix Metaframe 1.8 server.
It works OK but I want publish the application in a Farm.
That's seems easy but I also want different users to point to different working directories and cfg files.

Do I have to add a command line switch in the shortcut properties. If so, what is the switch again?
