How can i transfer data from PAradox to Excel?

What and how do you what to transfer? I manually transfer to Excel all the time, it works great by just highlighting cells, copying and pasting into a spreadsheet. You can also use the Export feature to export directly to Excel.

You can also export from the results of a query any of the above programmatically.
