I use it with no problem. We have a number of workstations via a hybrid Netware/NT/Win2000 network environment and Paradox 9 is our primary database application software. If it runs here, it'll run anywhere. Your main issues will be be individual permissions settings on the XP workstations. Mac

It runs noticeably faster than under any other platform I have seen this far.
From a developers point of view I have to work from my zip drive and copy upgraded forms and reports etc across using file manager. I don't know enough about networking to explain what might be going on but I can't get changes to save from within Paradox across the network. But that is very minor in comparison to the gains.
