paradox 9 creating a new menu

One of our tables got corrupted and is password protected so I can’t do anything with it.
We have a script file that runs a simple menu.
I think I can create the menu but don’t know where to start.
I think the corrupted table has just those menu items in it?
Because we can open the form and the rest of the program works we just can’t go back to the main menu.

I don't know very much about Paradox.
Some else wrote this application and they are not available.
When we open the paradox program we run a script file. It shows a menu (maybe it is a form) it just has 5 or 6 choices on it. If we click a choice on the menu it opens others forms. We can open those other forms manually and continue to work.
I want to re-create this menu again.
Our server crashed and this started happening. Now when we open the script there is an error.
"The Blob file is unavailable." I did some investigating and there is also a table that seems to run this menu or form, it is corrupted but it is also password protected and I don't know the password.

How do I recreate this menu or form so when we click options it opens the other existing forms?

If you don't know what the menu choices do, you won't be able to recreate it without first figuring that out.

If the table/blob (.mb file) is/are corrupted, you may never get into that table.

As far as 'someone else' wrote the application, that precludes assistance with the password issue.

I hope you understand. We've no way of knowing whether the program is a commercial product - and we should not help attempts to crack it open. And in the future if you pay for an application to be created, make sure you either pay for all passwords/source code - or don't expect to be able to fix it should the program falter and the developer/company not be around to help.

I think you'll have to figure out what the menu options were, and exactly what each did. And then recreate the system that drove that menu.
