Paradox 8 Table Lookup Error 1

Whenever I try to remove a table lookup, I get an error upon saving in which Paradox aborts and the changes aren't saved. Isn't there some way I can remove a table lookup? Thanks in advance.

Table lookups are stored in .val files, from the file browser you can delete the tablename.val file associated with the table. Keep in mind this will delete other things also such as picture formats, etc.
