Paradox 8 DTS Error

I am trying to convert several tables from Paradox 8 to SQL Server 2000. Why run the DTS Manually, everything works fine, but when I schedule the job, I get the following error:

Copy Data from Results to Results Step, Error = -2147467259 (80004005) Error string: External table is not in the expected format. Error source: Microsoft JET Database Engine Help file: Help context: 5003274 Error Detail Records: Error: -2147467259 (80004005); Provider Error: -328602519 (EC69EC69) Error string: External table is not in the expected format. Error source: Microsoft JET Database Engine Help file: Help context: 5003274

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure that the server has the correct drivers on it.

When you run it manually are you running it from the server's console, terminaled into the server, or from your workstations console? Is the SQL Server running under a domain account, or is it using the local service account?

I am using my workstations console when running it manually, but the SQL Server Agent is running under the right credentials as far as I know (the agent is running under the same credentials as me).
