Paradox 11 Table Restructure: Lookup Tables tab crashes Paradox

Paradox programmer for years now.. Running Windows 10, Paradox 11.

When creating a new table OR restructuring an old table, if I click on Table Lookup tab, Paradox crashes (no warning, no dialog box; previous user's report of this problem said "I get a dialog saying Debug or Close Program. In other words Table Lookup has a problem all of a sudden!", but no resolution offered on this forum to that user).

Wondering if anyone has an explanation/solution?

I unfortunately don't know how to answer your question but I need to ask...
I wanted to ask you if you can give me some sources online or someone who knows how to teach it am unable to find anyone or anything...
