I am running PaperPort on 10 stations using Win2k pro.
I have a file server running 2000 advance server with active directory.
Here are some problems which I have been unable to resolve.
1.)I print text onto a PaperPort document and then send it to my HP4K printer.
The form prints , but the text is missing.
2.)PaperPort prints black pages when ever anything comes into it.
3.)PaperPort prints thumbnails when anything comes into it.
Has anyone dealt with something similar to this?
Any tricks would be greatly appreciated.
